 About the performers:

GLENN LEONARD, former Temptations lead vocalist, enjoyed a long, illustrious career as the first tenor and lead singer of the Tempts from 1975-1983.  Glenn sang on 10 albums with the Motown legends and appeared on television specials worldwide.  Glenn’s voice is the one you hear each year on the radio singing the Christmas classic “Silent Night” from the Temptations’ classic Christmas album.  Glenn re-recorded “Silent Night” as a duet with Landau on Murphy’s “Christmas Made for Two” CD.

Glenn was a featured performer on the Temptations’ “Reunion” tour and album, sharing the stage and recording with the likes of Eddie Kendricks, David Ruffin, Dennis Edwards, Richard Street, Otis Williams, and Melvin Franklin.  He is a 2013 inductee into the R&B Music Hall of Fame.

JOE COLEMAN was the lead vocalist with The Platters for many years and was a regular at the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas with the group for over a decade, performing their most popular songs such as “My Prayer,” “Smoke Gets in Your Eyes,” “The Great Pretender,” and many more Number 1 hits to sell-out audiences night after night.  Joe is also an acclaimed theatrical composer, songwriter, and astute businessman, who recently returned from a tour of Japan with the legendary Ben E. King.  Joe has been featured on the “Today Show,” “The Regis & Kelly Show,” and more.

RON DAVID MCPHATTER is a true legacy of the musical world – the son of Ruth Brown, The Queen of R&B, and Drifters lead vocalist Clyde McPhatter.  Ron has performed hundreds of concerts in his father’s slot with “The Original Drifters,” and also shared the stage over the years with artists including Bonnie Raitt, B.B. King, Rick James, Jeffrey Osbourne, and his uncle: the legendary Little Richard.  Ron has appeared in several music-themed films including “Why Do Fools Fall In Love” opposite Hallie Berry, “The Five Heartbeats,” “The Temptations,” and “Shake Rattle and Rock” with Renée Zellweger.  Ron’s latest release, the R&B dance single “I Want Your Lovin’” is featured on a new BET sampler and is receiving airplay at MusicChoice and radio stations nationwide.
